The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, close to Lake Como, Milano, and a great restaurant. It was also very near a grocery store.

the hotel is clean, nestled in a really nice building with a gourmet restaurant. the staff in general is knowledgeable and very attentive. the rooms here are well-equipped with bathroom. the services are great, including a nice pool. the ambience of the venue is contemporary. overall outstanding food, plus there is the lord high admiral close by.

Clean and beautiful hotel. Wonderfull pool area and the breakfast is good. I would for sure go back!

The restaurants are not exactly walking distance. Staff showed us a buffet place which was way too expencive for the food you got.

This hotel is conveniently located near Milano as well as Lake Como and Bellagio, and offers a comfortable, modern atmosphere with bathrooms that have a bath.

- Flashing red light from the fire sensor. Which was constant thru out the night - no bottle of water in the room, free of charge, which to me should be a standard. - breakfast-good, very basic, missed warm meal tho

One service that I missed for my work was a designated business center or workspace. It would have been helpful to have a dedicated area with computers and printing facilities to conveniently handle any work-related tasks.

As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility features, such as wheelchair ramps and handrails in the corridors. It made getting around much easier for me.
